Uemura wants to invite you to visit one of Saint Petersburg’s oldest theatres. The Alexandrinsky Theatre was founded by royal decree of the Senate, signed by the Empress Elizabeth, daughter of Peter the Great, on 30th August 1756. This theatre became so important that, from the day of its grand opening, the date was declared National Theatre Day in Russia. We invite you to discover this fantastic historical building accompanied by a tour guide that will tell you all the history of the theatre in detail. You will be welcomed by a small catering and cocktail, so that your day with us starts in the best way possible. However, the best part of the tour will be accessing one of the most private and mysterious parts of the theatre. We will have exclusive access to the backstage of Alexandrinsky Theatre, where the tour guide will tell us some anecdotes about the building. You will also be able to visit the Russian Drama Museum, which is located within the same theatre. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any information or if you have any special request. Our team will be pleased to help you at any time.
