The philosophy of La Cabra restaurant is keep the passion of the traditional Spanish cuisine in every bite. An innovative way of cooking each ingredient but with respect for traditions. Javier Aranda is the chef of this sophisticated restaurant in Madrid. At age of 27, Javier was awarded with his first Michelin Star and since then, he has become in a solid reference of the gastronomic scene.
