Do you feel like joining the funniest tour around Taipei? Uemura invites you to discover the city on two wheels. Get on one of our bikes and ride along some of the most emblematic spots. Before we get on our bikes, there is nothing like a good traditional breakfast to get our batteries charged. Soy milk, sesame biscuits, and dumplings among others will give us the necessary strength to visit the city. It is also a very original way to get to know the traditions of the country. Once we are on our bikes, we will go to Shuang Lian Market, a traditional Taiwanese market where we will find many stands selling food, clothes and other products. Of course, we will visit some of the most famous temples of the city, like Xiahai or Longshan Temples. There will also be time to visit one of the most interesting areas in the city – a hidden street, where street artists reflect their art with graffities. The next stop will be the presidential building, built by the Japanese colonists. We will ride our bikes along the bike lane that extends along the Danshui River, a space for every biker in Taipei, where we will relish the awesome panoramic views of the city while enjoying a nice ride. We will visit the impressive Taipei 101 Tower and the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial, honouring the founder of the Chinese Nationalist Party. We will ride along the Keelung River, a trail exclusively created for bikes.
